Her trademark litigation experience includes preparation and filing cancelation and opposition proceedings.

Ms. Shestul is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and admitted to the bar in Virginia and Colorado. She is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association, American Bar Association, Virginia State Bar Association, and Colorado Bar Association. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced intellectual property law at several law firms in Northern California, Colorado, and Northern Virginia.
